New Zealand rejects Kiribati investor and Tongan Protected Person passports. The latest European register records document-specific recognition, not a blanket visa-free score. Jordan’s passport authority publishes a first-issuance service with a JOD 25,000 fee and 14-day service target after required approvals. This is not the overall investment approval time.
