# Compare what matters

Start with the legal outcome and your eligibility. Then compare total cash exposure, time to a usable document and access to the destinations you actually need.

## Costs beyond the advertised minimum

Separate non-refundable contributions and fees from invested capital. Add government, due diligence, interview, passport, spouse and dependant charges, agent fees, translations, legalisation, tax, bank costs and required travel. Property can also require valuation, transfer tax, management, insurance and selling costs. Our subtotal includes only named charges; an unknown cost is not zero.

## Timing that means something

Approval in principle is not naturalisation or passport delivery. File preparation, screening, payment, certificates, biometrics and passport issuance are separate stages. Published office targets are labelled; each target retains its stage and source date.

## Travel to your destinations

Use the destination selector for UK, Schengen, US and Canada visitor rules. Authorisations, conditional eTAs and visa-issuance restrictions are separate from visa exemption. Special noncitizen passports cannot inherit the issuer’s ordinary citizen passport privileges. Ordinary-passport category counts are attributed to Passport Index; destination conditions use government sources.

## Keep the status and the asset

Check presence, interview, jobs, holding period, renewal, dependant age limits and loss-of-status conditions. A residence route, a temporary passport and nationality are different outcomes.
